Book Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your manuscript ("the Work") to TC Royalty Publishing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All manuscripts must be submitted through the designated submission form or platform provided by TC Royalty Publishing.
• Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript is in its final draft before submission.

• By submitting your manuscript, you affirm that you are the sole author or hold all necessary rights to the Work.
• You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the manuscript until a formal publishing agreement is made.
• TC Royalty Publishing does not claim ownership of the manuscript at any point during the submission process.

• TC Royalty Publishing will treat all submissions as confidential.
• Your manuscript will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for evaluation or legal purposes.

• TC Royalty Publishing will review your manuscript and respond within X weeks of submission.
• Submissions may be rejected or accepted based on our evaluation of the manuscript's suitability for publishing.
• If your manuscript is rejected, no further action will be taken, and we will not be obligated to provide feedback.

• Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication.
• If your manuscript is accepted, we will contact you with further steps, including any agreements and discussions about editing, publishing, and distribution.

• If your manuscript is accepted for publication, you agree to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing efforts as outlined in the publishing agreement.

• You understand that the extent of marketing efforts may vary depending on the publishing agreement and the nature of the book.

• We reserve the right to reject any submission that contains content that is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
• We do not accept submissions that are discriminatory, plagiarized, or violate applicable laws.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TC Royalty Publishing against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your submission, including any breach of copyright or other intellectual property infringement.

• There are no submission fees unless specified in the specific submission instructions. Any fees for services (e.g., editing, marketing) will be outlined in the subsequent publishing agreement.

• TC Royalty Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Authors will be notified of any significant changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, or the appropriate courts in St. Lucie County, Florida.
